Does anyone have any recommendations for bars/restaurants that are good for tequila tastings? Most importantly I’m looking for a good selection and a bartender who knows the spirit. Bonus points if they have good food.

Some places that I’ve had good experiences at are
Tahona Bar - good selection but more mezcal than tequila. Excellent food.
El Agave - excellent selection but the bartender was not the most knowledgeable and the food was not great.
En Fuego - good selection and a very friendly and knowledgeable bartender. The food is ok.
