Hey so I have a family history of bipolar and my therapist said i will probably get it. I have mood swings and I’ve been tracking them for the last month, ( advice I took from people on this subreddit)

I’m just wondering how it looks for other people. Mine looks like a bad bad heartbeat. I feel good for a couple of days then i feel depressed as hell for a while. Then my mood slowly improves and the cycle repeats.
