Iceberg to Cecile to Minaret lake

July 5th to the 9th I will be backpacking in the ansel adams wilderness starting from Agnew meadows. I plan to stay two nights at ediza lake and two nights at thousand island lake. While I’m camped at ediza, I plan to day hike to iceberg lake and Cecile lake. If possible, I hope to cross over to minaret lake and have lunch there. Does anyone have any experience hiking through that area, and if so I would like to know a couple things: 1. How hard was the climb from iceberg lake to Cecile lake? 2. Was there a clear route/use trail/cairns, or did you have to route-find most of it? 3. How exposed did it feel? 4. What was the hardest section of the whole route? 5. Would you recommend going all the way to Minaret Lake from Ediza, or is Iceberg/Cecile already enough for a day hike? This will be my first real backpacking trip so I’m trying to learn/plan to the best of my ability so that everything goes smoothly.

Grand Canyon caverns tour

So I plan to pick up my permits from Grand Canyon caverns inn one day before my hike into Supai. Since I will be arriving early, around 10am, there will be plenty of time for me to kill before eventually driving up to hualapai hilltop. My question is, has anyone done the tour of the Grand Canyon caverns and is the experience worth the price, considering it’s $100. I want to do the 2 hour explorer tour and eat at the diner they have down there.
