Can’t clip coupons?
This is so frustrating!
I can’t clip most coupons to my CVS Extra Care account. I can log in online, I can see the coupons, but if I try clicking that little blue plus sign to add them to my account, I get an error message that’s says, “Please refresh the page to view your deal or reward on your card.” The coupon is not added to my account.
For some reason, this isn’t all coupons, but seems to be most (perhaps all?) manufacturer’s coupons. For example, if CVS is offering $5 off when you spend $25 on baby items, I can add that. But not a $4 off Colgate toothpaste.
I logged out of and back into my account. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I turned off and back on my phone. I logged into my account on my computer. None of those things resolved the issue.
I also called CVS technical support. They kept me on hold (on and off) for over an hour. And all they did was verify that the coupons were not added to my account.
Any idea what’s going on or how I can resolve it? The rep said this is the first time they’ve ever heard of this problem, although that seems fishy to me.
