The Worst!

In both my personal and professional life, I have dealt with OnTrac more times than I care to count, and not once has a package been delivered on time. Every single shipment seems to be delayed, misrouted, or mishandled.

The latest disaster involved a meal delivery service. My package, containing perishable food packed with ice packs, was scheduled to arrive on the 21st. Instead, OnTrac "mis-sorted" it, and I didn't receive it until the 24th. By then, the food was completely spoiled and had to be thrown away.

At this point, if I see a company uses OnTrac, I immediately lose confidence in the delivery. Thankfully, the vendors I work with have always made things right, but they shouldn't have to absorb the cost of OnTrac's repeated failures.

In my opinion, this is the worst shipping company in the industry. I would gladly pay extra to ship with FedEx or UPS. Honestly, even USPS has proven to be far more reliable. I will never voluntarily choose OnTrac for anything.
