Hi. I am newish to the POD community and have ordered some of my store products (May 5th) for an actual show on Friday (May 15th). I have gotten a couple items so far - but the rest of my stuff is with ONTRAC. Most of the stuff Printify shows that they were shipped May 8th and that they should have been delivered yesterday but when I click on the ONTRAC tracking number it says shipping soon. They were not delivered yesterday. Do I need to wait a couple more days? I feel I ordered in time for the Friday show but if I don't have anything - I may have to cancel the show. Thanks for any help/advice!

So I ordered a Tula FTG over a week ago, was supposed to get to me last Saturday right before mother’s day(was a gift to myself really) and ontrac lost it!

Tula CS told me to wait until Wednesday but I waited until Tuesday and when nothing had been updated contacted ontrac. Agent told me they lost my package and to contact the seller. Getting a hold of someone has been impossible! I’ve left more than one VM and no one has called me back!

I get an email reply today saying “sorry, we’ll ship out a new one” no idea when or anything. Finally they get back to me saying it will take 3 business days to process and ship. Like WTH! I know it’s not their fault but they aren’t even trying. I’ve had a package get lost before and the company sent the item priority same day and I got the item next day! I’m not even expecting that but come on!

Anw now I’m thinking if I even want to give them my money at all. I am looking at the Boba X since it’s available on Amazon for next day delivery and looks very similar. Only thing is this one doesn’t have lumbar support so I’m a bit hesitant. Has anyone tried both Boba X and Tula FTG and did they feel similar enough? My baby is 12 months and 23lbs 30inches tall. I am 4’11, with a weak core(going to PT).

I am working from home today and I get the notification that my package was delivered. I look outside - no package. I leash up my dog and go for a walk around the neighborhood to see if I can spot it. Nope. I contact OnTrac customer service and get a response that because it was "delivered" and that the address on file is correct, then they can't help me. This makes zero sense. Yes, it was delivered *somewhere* but not at the address on file because I am home right now and it is not here. And there is no photo proof of where it was left so I can't even go find it.

Brands need to stop being so damn cheap and stop using OnTrac. I won't shop at any brand who uses them anymore because it's just not worth the headache. (Yes, I know that one person doesn't make a difference, but I needed to rant.)

Had a 700$ order stolen by ontrac and Nordstrom is refusing a refund because it was marked delivered screw Nordstrom ill never shop with them again

I have been having insane issues with Ontrac recently that have now escalated to them delivering my packages after stated business hours and leaving packages ON THE STREET IN NYC, resulting in them being stolen.

I have repeatedly contacted them and they have done nothing to resolve the issues. Tonight, the driver left my package literally outside the front door of the business at 9pm (which closed at 7pm, with the business hours clearly written on the door) and of course it was stolen. I’m beyond furious. $600 of merchandise for my small business gone. The sheer stupidity of leaving a package on the street in the middle of NYC is beyond insane!

Does anyone know how to escalate this beyond their regular customer service? This negligence is destroying my small business and I am considering taking legal action against them.

My package never got delivered so I did some digging turns out this OnTrac facility in Sun valley NO ONE IS GETTING THEIR PACKAGES!! They are marking them as delivered and keeping them!!! Literally everyone in the reviews is complaining of this and it’s near impossible to contact the company. I even tried contacting fashion nova to let them know their shipping company is keeping peoples packages it’s ridiculous!!! They say once it’s marked delivered they can’t do anything but this entire shipping location seems to be a scam?! I’m stressed out.

Ordered a Basketball Jersey from Nordstrom, with Ontrac for the delivery, tracking said it was delivered with blurry picture inside of the wrong apartment complex, so I was like huh, well I contacted nordstrom for a refund as well as ontrac, as of now, I have no clue what's going on, why would they upload a wrong location for picture proof, I mean the address is on the package, has anyone had this same issue with nordstrom when using ontrac for shipping?
