Hey all, just got a Trinity Xbox 360 Slim yesterday and I'm losing my mind trying to get my account working.

Here's the situation:

• Every time I try to download my profile it gets about 1/5 through then fails with error 8015190A and leaves a corrupted profile
• I've wiped the system cache and formatted the drive multiple times — no change
• Tried with and without 2FA — same error
• Microsoft's sign-in activity shows the Xbox successfully authenticating so it's not a credentials issue
• Tried on both WiFi and ethernet — same result
• Console and account are both set to New Zealand

The weird part — I tried my brother's account (his is u/outlook.com) and it downloads perfectly. My primary is icloud.com so I created an outlook.com alias for my account and tried that too — still the same error.

My account has Game Pass Ultimate active, wondering if that's somehow related?

Any ideas? Completely stumped.
