Hello po. Medyo confused po ako sa situation ko now. I had my last interview and technical assessment today with this client na nag softlock din sakin. After ng interview & assessment, sinabihan ako na to wait na lang for HR to reach out sa mga next steps. A few hours after, nakareceive na ako ng DN sa project na to. So I messaged the assigned POC right away. Pero ang sabi sakin “the client is still deciding“. Possible po ba mangyari to?

Hello! I just got rolled off from a project due to their budget and this is my 2nd week sa bench. Almost 2 years din ako sa project. Before my rolled off date, ang dami kong interviews. 2-3 interviews a day straight for 1 week. Na soft lock pa ako but then hindi na nag reach out c client after my 2nd interview. Nung na bench na ako, 1 lang ang interview ko at wala pang update. Nakakapanghina pala. Yung anxiety ko tumataas. Sa mga cl9, ilang weeks o months po kayo ngstay sa bench? Plan ko kumuha ng mga certifications as much as I can bago maabutan ng redundancy.
