Physical Penetration on Legion?
What is the most optimal way to build legion? The recommended item and crest for him lead to physical pen items.
First time I played him I just went with the recommended and built all assassin items (something I never do with carries) then, second time around i built all carry items.
Not sure which is better, I think I won both games but I had good support and jungle. How is everyone building legion?
