i’m 8 months out. ofc she’s been telling everyone with ears that i destroyed her life and abused her. i accepted i had no control over her narrative and focused on rebuilding my life. now she’s launched a public performance about me and said “abuse” which she’s advertising online. no doubt it’ll miss out the part where she emotionally tortured me (plus her ex before me)

when we were together she made comments about being able to ruin someone’s career if she wanted to. seems this is her attempt to ruin mine.

i know the advice for discard & smear campaign is to not engage or attempt damage control. i’m trying but this shit is awful.

any advice or reassuring words?
