Hi,

I'm struggling to get the correct tension for a project.

I can see a tiny bit of the bottom thread coming through the top layer of my fabric. It just looks like a dot. I'll adjust top tension veeeery slightly, and then the top thread will show through the bottom.

It is only slight, but when I pull on the thread it pulls out of the fabric really easily so it seems the construction would be really weak.

What I've tried:

Adjusting top tension

Checked my bobbin tension but it seems ok

Rethreaded my machine

Changed to a new needle

Cleaned out the dust from the machine

Still no improvement 😭 any help would be appreciated

FYI the bobbin thread is blue to make it easier to see the issue
