Cat Vomiting

A week ago I noticed my cat was obsessively licking his paw. I saw it was red and swollen. I took him to vet, but he hissed and tried to scratch the vet. He is not an aggressive kitty and is a sweet boy, even to guests. Anyways, paw got resolved. However, he has been vomiting a lot lately. sometimes from eating something to quick, sometimes I don’t know. He uses the litterbox and plays. He is 11 years old. I also gave him a few churro treats, which per Chat GPT says irritates his stomach more. Today he vomited 3 times, 2 of which was a furball. Usually vomit is around 2-6am. I wonder if this is all stress related or just a furball? He eats wetfood and dry food. Wetfood is 6:30am, 12:30pm, and 6:30pm type schedule. Dryfood is a small amount in a bowl left for him to eat whenever. I also left the anti-anxiety meds out of fridge and now I feel like an idiot even more. Should I wait another few days for it to resolve or should I ask for a new med anxiety and just take him to vet again? Would a cat clinic be better for him instead of SPCA vet that sees him? He is a gray tabby.
