my ends recently have been looking thinner/see through they used to be full down to the ends. there might be a couple different factors but i’m just looking for advice on how to bring my hair back to normal.

i’ve been doing normal shampoo but for the past couple weeks have been using the fino hair mask as a conditioner substitute. also have been diffusing with heat more often, and could also be due to stress maybe?
