Wondering if anyone who’s done Truxima had their insurance require they repeat the loading dose in order to approve it. My doctor had originally said I only needed maintenance dosing but they denied this. My numbers improved after the first loading dose. I’m worried about increased side effects - it did flare my MCAS a bit. Thanks!
