Fire wither bleed dipping combo ?
Stacking those two together gives you
chaos ignites (might just be downside here but at least it's buffed by the withered),
perma wither (very very big),
bleeding magnitude (amped by withered),
fire dmg bleed (empowered by the withered)...
2 ring slots down which prob feels bad with the new rings but who knows. Need some fire dmg as extra lightning and you add nice shock to it all. That's a good 100% more dmg from the wither and shock. Aggravate bleed and you get to 200% more total.... + Ele weakness + exposure possibility. I'm seeing something...
