I am an NRI and I have such a hard time gifting my cousins. Last time I gave one a leather wallet and didn't even realize how bad a faux pas that was lol. Does anyone have any recommendations (for M/F 25-30ish age range?)
I have the Ozlo subscription which used to be $26/mo, but is now $20/mo. My Ozlos stopped working and I asked for a new one, at the same time realizing the price change. I asked and they agreed to do the price adjustment.
Now that I have received the new Ozlos and the AI is not responding to me, not picking up any calls, I've sent emails since last week to no response. And I still got charged the old $26/month price!
Does anyone know what I can do in this situation? There is no other way to contact them other than the AI??
