I have been wanting a total hysterectomy (mainly due to gender dysphoria, wanting 0 periods due to how excruciating they are). But idk how to bring it up in a conversation. Like, I’m old enough to be responsible with this decision, and i know exactly what i want to do. But i am terrified to see a gyne due to how manipulative that place can be.

How would i bring up a total hysterectomy in a conversation? And, what do i need to look out for? *specifically what red flag behaviors*
How can i stand up for myself? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
