Coros Pace 4 arrives tomorrow - best set-up procedure
I have taken the plunge, and my Pace 4 arrives tomorrow, in support of a (possibly futile) attempt to run a sub 20m 5k in my 50s (been running for 18 months. Been fit and active all my life).
I want to hit the ground running, as it were, and so what should I do to get the watch to know what my current state of health (running wise) is. I plan to build a training programme to hit the 5k goal in about a year.
Any helpful suggestions?
