Can I have the same card on my account as a family member on a different handshake account? Will I get a vioaltion fo some kind?

Any idea what it means when it says "My appliation is under review"
I got switched to the Project HH Evals and i verified my face and it has just been saying "My appliation is under review" for the apst 3 days. Am i kicked off or is it just taking that long?
