Looking for the mega for Storyteller's stuff VTM

I remember i used to see this mega filled with storyteller's vault stuff, the folder was named "Funny Stuff" and there were all sorts of interesting sourcebooks there (to name a few VTM V20: Age of Living Gods, Classical Age and Burning Gods expansion) I checked it recently (vQ9TjDxT#WGRD-Iq2zRayoFvBoBYAqg) but it just redirects to a txt file (stvwod5 for WoD 5th Edition /v20 etc) that has nothing to do with the old folder.
Can any kind soul share in pm the old mega for the STV VTM Books? I really wanna dig into a multi-age campaign.

Placing a portable AC as if it was a window unit or modding as double hose?

I'm about to buy for a relatively cheap price (100€) a 12k btu zephir ZPO12000. I read everywhere online that single hose units are very inefficient, however i cannot mount a fixed one as i'm renting so i have to rely on this for the hellish summer that will come.
I've seen quite a bunch of videos on how to convert it into a double hose and improve efficiency.
Here are some: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4gEGERtdCqM, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6h0AddR0588, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9NCtsZvqZ94, the one that's most controversial to me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WMIKrW5131s (as it states that double hoses are less efficient than single because they use air from outside).

But at this point... why can't i just build a diy XPS FOAM "box" and place the bottom part of my AC unit in the window, maybe by rising it with a built wooden riser underneath? What could the implications of this be?

And if this is inefficient, should i stick with a double hose mod, or keep it single? (It's used for a single room of about 15 sqmt)

Here in this crude picture i've put the AC from back, my type of window (EU) and how i would like this to work. I would truly appreciate any suggestion as i'm new to this and i thank you in advance

Edit: i live in italy, window units are crazy expensive here because i would have to import them. They dont sell them here
