Does anyone here also do Muay Thai and lift?
Hey everyone. I started out with Muay Thai but my gym also offered BJJ so I gave it a shot. Absolutely loved it until someone recklessly armbar-ed me and I've been out for almost a year now with an elbow injury. PT has finally concluded and I'm now starting to supplement weightlifting to be more injury resistant. I'm currently doing Muay Thai 3x a week and lifting 2x a week, along with a FT job. I have no idea how to fit BJJ back into my schedule. Anyone else in a similar situation or have any advice?
