Feels close, but heavy on hands

I start getting some hand numbness, manageable with moving around a bit over the course of a 3h ride.
Same issue with feet, but I think that may be my shoes. Feels like I have space, but might be just snug around the forefoot at the widest part.

Drop the saddle a few mm? Forward a few mm?

My Experience cleaning Trane AC Condenser

Having never done this, I bought a few spray cans of Simple Green coil cleaner, just in case I really needed it. Regardless of advice of just needed water I wanted to be sure I had what I needed and assumed it would help.

I started by taking the top off and spraying from inside out with the 'shower setting'. It was not enough to wash out the grime. So, I continued to remove all the cowlings, *Sorry I did not take progress photos of the cowling.

Against advice, trying 'jet' would bend fins, but the 'full' setting is what worked for me. For my sprayer 'full' looks just like 'jet, but more water and the spray is a bit softer, but that's what worked for me. Spraying simple green seemed to be completely useless, it didn't foam much, barely sprayed a mist out of the cans, not sure if other products spray more/better, but I would not recommend the simple green cans to anyone, seems like a rip-off.

Even with 'full', going from inside out was not enough to wash it out, so I sprayed kind of sideways at and angle and pointing down at like a 45degree angle could blow it out and that was enough to blow the gunk out. Took me almost 2.5 hours from start to finish, with the AC all put back together. We'll see if it performs any different.

This was a very tedious job, and I was soaked with I was done. I hear advertisements on the radio about hvac techs coming and doing this job + an inspection for $100; I can't imagine them coming out and doing all this for that price? How would they have done this job if I hired them to do this?
