Best company to work for in the food and beverage industry?

Because honestly I noticed that people who work in that industry are generally overworked and underpaid. But if you think about it, that industry is as important as any others?

Any company recos? Because i work for the 3-letter company in a lesser known division and I honestly don’t see any structure and my boss is like very unstable as a person and as a supervisor.
