Hi everyone,

I’ve been playing on FACEIT for a long time (played around 70 matches just last month) without a single audio issue. However, starting 2 days ago, my audio completely cuts off the exact moment a Server is established.

Did some research and this issue can be associated with my external sound card (Creative Sound Blaster Z-SE). I did submit a ticket to the support but got no response.
