Hi everyone,

One of our roommates is leaving the country and we’re looking for a new roommate to take over the room starting August 1st

The apartment is in Astoria off of 30th Ave stop (20 minutes from midtown), it’s a four bedroom + 1 bath apartment. There are 3 other roommates in the apartment as well. It’s a sublease that is month-to-month

Rent is $856.25 a month + utilities. To move-in we will need first month + deposit (which is the rent) so a total of $1,712.50 to move-in

PLEASE NOTE, all 3 roommates are gay men so must be LGBT friendly. No pets allowed unfortunately, and no couples either

We have one room available in our 4 bedroom + 1 bath Astoria apartment on 30th ave. The sublease is month-to-month but looking for someone long term to take over the room on July 1st. Rent is $858 a month. To move-in you will need 1st month rent and deposit (which is also $858)

We are 3 other male roommates, all of us are gay so you must be LGBT friendly. We also all have a very busy work schedule so the majority of time none of us are home, with the exception of weekends
