My fearful avoidant, I’m guessing, broke up with me today. We had a minor misunderstanding on Monday, I accidentally slammed his door, I didn’t even realize. He never called me back when I tried reaching out. Been silent all week. Today he removed me from social media. I went to see him to ask what’s going on, he said I was disrespectful and he doesn’t forgive disrespect. I said I didn’t even mean to slam the door im sorry. He said it doesn’t matter it’s over. I don’t even understand any of it to be honest. Is there any chance of him coming back? This is like the 3rd time he’s broken up with me since January. Other times we’re stupid too. I’m so trauma bonded to him…
