Those first 8 weeks are HARD… but hang in there 🤍

To all the new mummas struggling through the newborn phase right now — I just want to say, it really does get better. 🤍

My baby is 3.5 months old now, and things feel so much lighter compared to those initial 6–8 weeks. Of course there are still challenges, sleepless nights, fussy days, and moments of self doubt… but they don’t feel as impossible as they once did.

In the beginning, it honestly felt like survival mode every single day. But slowly, things changed. Your baby starts responding to you… looking at you… smiling at you. And trust me, that one smile makes everything feel worth it. 🥹

There comes a point where you stop counting how hard things are and start soaking in the little moments instead.

And to all the fellow mummas here — thank you. Truly. This community has helped me so much during some really overwhelming days. Thank you for always taking out time to respond to every tiny doubt without judgment. Sometimes all a new mom needs is someone to listen and say, “I understand.”

We’ve got each other’s backs. 🤍
