How to have motivation?
I swear every time I go to bed I always tell myself when I wake up I work out I'll eat better etc etc.
But when morning comes I never feel like doing those things. Why is it that I always want to make my life better when I don't have to but when I actually have to it seems like such a struggle.
How can I make it to where I actually want to do those things that I say I'll do?
