10 million dollars no tax, but for the rest of the life you must carry a ball made of glass. The glass must stay on your person at all times, as if it is left not on your person any longer than 10 minutes, you die. If the glass ball breaks or shatters, you also die.
EDIT: The size of the ball is about the size of a soccer ball.
