Hardship Locations- PR
PR is now having water shortages and is rationing water, and you can be without water for weeks/months.
It’s all in the news… Add the blackouts, terrible healthcare, and high taxes, at what point do they maybe offer LQA or modify the transportation agreement?
It seems like an agency afterthought
