Im currently writting a small scrpit that takes place in Tampa Bay and despite living here my entire life I feel like I dont understand Tampa Bay enough to accurately depcit it.

More spefifically im looking for increased development during this period, increased migration from both other states and countries, and changes in ethnic diveristy

Both of my parents were forien born immigrants that did migrate to tampa florida in the 2000s, and they were often regarded the only colored people in their area untill very recently when florida in general experience this rapid influx of immigrants from south and central america.
