Feeling overwhelmed and helpless as a teenage guy. How can I actually make a difference?

hello everyone

i am a guy in my mid teens(16m) lately have been reading a lot about the issues , harrasment , inequality women face in their their lives every day by this sub and many feminist novels . it has left me feeling weirdly guilty and very helpless to look at much deep rooted these problems are. i have tried changing the mentality of my friends but the are barely good,

like this one time when they were talking shit about a girl behind her back and planing a prank on her for no reason i told them leave it and let her be and they started saying that i have fallen in love blah blah...

these same guys make girl friends so quickly like in one time talking to her , i feel sad for them girls because the don't know anything about these guys

i was grown up in a feminist house with the 3 sisters that is a blessing to me ☺️

For the women and experienced allies in this sub: What can a i actually do in my day-to-day life to make a meaningful impact?

what should i do of this guilty and helpless feeling?

Thanks for reading, and I appreciate any advice or perspectives you can share.
