What CGPA and CAT percentile do I need for IIM A/B?

Don't want to miss top IIM as I missed top IIT for UG😭😭😭

What should I choose ECE at NITs like NIT durgapur/Jamshedpur or Mechanical at NIT Warangal or Surathkal(maybe).

Parents are emphasising on Mech and prepare for govt jobs and PSUs(job security in this layoff era) but I have fomo of not earning good as I want to experience a little bit rich type life(I come from a lower middle class, family income -> 9LPA).May I will get that after doing masters in ECE. I am ready to study anything as I have no particular interests (but not interested in IT/CSE).
