I just had an Uber Eats order for a grocery pickup and I get there and spend like 15-20 minutes waiting for the associate to come back so I can ask them for the order. The associate tells me that the order has been picked up hours ago and that I'm like the second or third person to come and ask about the order. Why does Uber Eats have anybody come pick up the order when it was already done in the first place? I even asked the customer who uber eats has me connected to for an already completed order and I asked to confirm if they already got their order and they say yes about an hour ago. What the hell?? Can I call support and demand to get paid for the time they wasted??
Does this mean you will pay 34,223 AB??? I'm so confused by it!
