So I just got this phone from Cricket and it’s totally locked. I can’t even do a hard reset. It won’t let me do anything without the pattern.

I tried to set it up. I didn’t know I needed a SIM card and didn’t have it during set up to complete it.

I can’t remember the stupid patten. I called Cricket for help and they won’t send me a new phone until it’s been 8 days or some BS.

I need the phone to work now. Does anyone know how I can do this?
