I am still trying to cancel my order

Apologies. I have started a fresh thread with the same continuing problem.

I have been trying to cancel my order UK1306 for over a month.

I have sent three emails to Lymow which have been ignored.

I have been in contact with SuccessfulPhysics661 on this forum. He replied three times and promised to help and has not done so. He asked me to Private Chat which I did three times and he/she did not reply to any message.

Last week, I contacted my bank to begin recovering my money. This is ongoing.

This morning, I received an email from Lymow proudly stating that my order has been shipped and is on its way.

I have just received another email with shipping details, and I have contacted the courier and have explained that we will not accept the shipment so they have put it on hold.

Lymow - SuccessfulPhysics661 - You must get in touch with me to cancel this order. This is an absolute disgrace.

With great regret, having been reading this forum for a month or so since placing my order for a Lymow Plus, I have decided to cancel my order. I am happy to mow my lawn with a petrol mower, but I was looking for a mowing solution that would mow for me whilst I was away for periods of time. Maybe even take over completely. Clearly the Lymow requires a significant amount of help/ daily maintenance, so I don’t think that it will work for me. I hope to try again in a year or two when the system has advanced.

Here is the question. I have sent two messages to support@Lymow a week apart, and I have had no response. The mower was due to be delivered in May sometime, and I would like to avoid having to return it.

Has anyone got any experience in cancelling orders? Advice please. Thanks. Michael
