I have 3 implants not sure what material to get and the benefits. Ive always had issues with metal and piercings so a bit worried. I also have nerve senstivity

did you have pain after lateral window sinus lift surgey and bone graft?
did you have pain? did it leak a little? did it heal well? did the implants go well?
