Anytime, I update my RX 9070 XT OC TUF to any newer version than 26.1.1 all the games I play have giant legs, spikes up to the 280 millisecond mark around there. The leg spikes are constant and persistent. For some reason. I've already used DDU and AMD driver. Removal. And every time i go back to 26.1.1 My game's smooth out instantly. Is this normal? and my motherboard drivers are up-to-date, as well as my CPU r5 9600X i also have resizable bar turned on and I have integrated graphics Turned off in the motherboard bios. Please help me
