Can someone define my curl type?
These are my natural air dried curls with my current product routine. Need some advice on what to ask for at my hair appointment next week. The existing color (or what’s left of it) is from a partial highlights appointment from March 2025. I love the dimension that highlights give my curls, but I don’t want to overprocess my curls because of the fine texture. As someone who really only likes to go once a year to the hair salon for color treatments, should I go for a balayage or highlights? Also I need it to be toned but this is in natural indoor light, what color would compliment my natural root but still add dimension?
