Just wondering who and how many people tip fast food delivery drivers.

Must confess that I never put a tip in the app as too many issues can arise before your meal is delivered such as paying extra for a direct delivery and having the driver do a stop off along the way, or if a normal deliver the app says it will be dropped off in 40mins but food hasn't arrived 120mins later or as I had last night a driver waited 3hrs to tell me his card wasnt working and was not able to do the delivery. Because of these kind of issues I would rather tip in cash, whats everyone else's habits.
