Should be concered? There is a hard lump under the skin layer which has grown.

38 y.o. male here.
Many years ago this lump/cyst/bump whatever, was a half size smaller, but in the last few months has grown.
It's very hard to touch - like a rubber, attached to the inner layer of the skin and it's has been moving with the skin and it has changed the shape a little bit.
Have you ever have any experience with this?
