Previous experience: Pharma consulting

YOE: 4 years

1st offer: Sanofi (Sr. Analyst), 21.40 base, 15% variable, 2L relocation

3 month notice period, HYD location

2nd offer: Xactly (TAM), 24 base, 2 lpa night allowance, 12% variable

1 month notice period, BLR location (no need to relocate)

My dilemma is if considering TAM offer at Xactly would restrict me to companies using similar tools or at Sanofi where the future switches restrict to pharma domain. I want to keep my options open post this switch with exit strategies and need a different perspective which I might be missing here.

Any help would be appreciated !!
