
My FlexiSpot tabletop replacement experience has been really frustrating
I recently ordered a FlexiSpot standing desk (E7pro + Rubberwood top) after moving, mainly because I needed a proper desk for working from home. Unfortunately, the tabletop arrived cracked through the whole surface.
FlexiSpot arranged a replacement, but the replacement tabletop also arrived cracked. After receiving two damaged tabletops, I asked whether they could send a different tabletop material instead, because I no longer felt confident about the original one.
I also had to request pickup for the two damaged tabletops, because each one is around 24 kg and disposing of two broken tabletops myself would take a lot of time and effort.
After I agreed to a different tabletop, I was then told that it is not currently in stock and is expected to arrive at their warehouse only after June 9. After that, they still need to arrange shipment.
So now, after moving and needing a desk for working from home, this whole process may take well over a month, and I still don’t have a usable tabletop.
Has anyone else had similar issues with FlexiSpot tabletop quality or replacement delays? Is this normal for them, or was I just unlucky?
