3 Platform Manipulation violations for using Discord Chat Exporter - appeal not working

Hi, I received 3 Platform Manipulation violations simultaneously. The only third-party tool I used was Discord Chat Exporter to back up my own message history. No bots or spam tools were used.

All 3 appeared at the same time, so I suspect it was an automated false positive.

The temporary suspension has been lifted, but violations remain until 2028/05/31. One more violation means permanent ban.

I submitted an appeal through the app, but also tried emailing support with the exact email linked to my account and kept getting "email doesn't match" errors.

Has anyone dealt with this? Did your appeal work?

Discord server systematically evading content filters using Tupperbox/anonymous commands via webhooks — support only sends automated replies

I've discovered a Discord server that is organizationally evading content moderation by routing flagged words through webhooks using bots like Tupperbox and anonymous message commands. This way, prohibited content appears to come from a webhook rather than a user account, bypassing Discord's filter systems.

I've reported this through the official support form multiple times, but only receive an automated response telling me to use the in-app report function. I've used in-app reporting as well, with no result.

Has anyone successfully escalated something like this to Discord's Trust & Safety team directly? Is abuse@discord.com still the right contact, or is there a better path in 2025?

I have screenshots and the server ID ready. Any advice on how to actually get a human to review this would be appreciated.
