So, I had an idea of something cool RF could do, that I don't think they've done before.

Each year they could do 1 tribute set for bands / artists that are no longer with us, with some of the folks from acts performing that day, taking on a song or 2, and if they're able and interested, members of that person's former band performing with them. You'd obviously want to get the blessing of the family and band members, but how cool would it be to see a tribute to Lance Haan, Joey Ramone, Kim Shattuck, Tony Sly etc? If it turned out well, they could even release it as an album and have proceeds go to a charity close to the person being honored.

Is this something you'd like to see? If so, who would you like to see honored this way?

The infamous Celebrities...At Their Worst! compilations were bootleg style CDs that had celebrities making mistakes, goofing around and usually doing things that ended up proving controversial. I've figured out 3 of them, track 6 on disc 2 is Jackie Vernon, track 19 is Lou Holtz -the actor / comic, not the one from sports and track 21 is Gene Baylos. I'm stuck trying to figure out track 25, which is a male comic or actor roasting Phyllis Dillier. I've transcribed the dialogue below and am hoping someone might have an idea who the person is giving the roast. Thanks!

“Just a few years ago, unbeknownst to all of us, Phyllis was quite ill, she had some very terrible, terrible surgery. And Fang came to hospital to visit with her and the doctor stopped him in the hall, he said look, she’s on her last legs, it could be any moment, go in and make her happy, whatever she wants.”

-The roaster pauses the bit after hearing a ring - “Is that the phone? If it’s my mother, tell her I took a sweater!”

>!“The doctor said go in and make her happy, grant her wish, this could be her last wish. And Fang walked in, he said Phyllis darling, we’ve had so many wonderful years together, is there anything I could do that I’ve never done that would make you happy? Without batting an eyelash, Phyllis looked up, she said, fuck me in the ass! Fuck me in the ass! 40 years we’ve been married, I always wanted to be fucked in the ass, you never fucked me in the ass. You want to make me happy, fuck me in the ass! So, Fang said, allright you’re the boss. Fucked her in the ass, immediately the color came back to Phyllis’ cheeks. She got up from the bed and started dancing. Fang ran out into the hall he said doctor, it’s amazing look at her! The doctor said she’s well. Fang started crying. The doctor said what are you crying, she’s well? Said, I could have saved my father!” !<
