Ok, sorry for all the emitophobes out there. But I had 2 Botox in office, then the general anastesia double Botox last month…. Been burping EVERY day since, a life saver! But every now and then when trying to burp, some food has come back up, it’s definite acid reflux. I’ve been on Omeprazole daily for over 10 years, if I go 2 days without it my stomach is on fire!
I’m changing my diet these days, I think also have SIBO (Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth). I’ve had iced coffee every day for years as well, I need caffeine!
It’s a double edged sword, what can I do?
