I have seen a lot of listings for 244 west 72nd street on street easy lately and wanted to offer some friendly advice as someone who recently moved out and has friends still in the building. DO NOT rent there.

It’s an absolute nightmare. There’s lead in all the construction dust and tons of DOH notices and complaints including for heat and hot water. The elevators take forever because of all the construction and the noise is unreal. Management is absolutely awful and unresponsive.
