Hiring Now: Digital Marketing & Growth Manager
We're looking for a hands-on digital marketer to own our online presence and drive qualified leads. This is an immediate hire.
What you'll own:
Website & SEO — Our site currently runs on Wix. You'll manage day-to-day updates, on-page SEO, technical housekeeping, and analytics. Open to migrating platforms if you can make the case for it (Webflow, WordPress, etc.).
Demand generation (organic + paid) — Plan and run campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, press/news wire distribution, and other relevant placements. You set the strategy, manage the budget, and report on what's working.
AI-first execution — You're expected to use AI tools heavily for content, creative, strategy, and research. We want someone who treats AI as a force multiplier, not an afterthought.
You're a strong fit if you:
- Have previous exp running digital marketing or demand gen, ideally for B2B
- Can show real campaign results (CAC, conversion rates, pipeline contribution)
- Know your way around LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
- Comfortable in a generalist role — strategy one hour, fixing a meta tag, or drafting a new linkedin campagin the next hour.
- Use AI tools daily and can talk specifics/stratagy about how we should best leverage AI
- Climatetech marketing experience is a huge plus if you have it
We are a growing B2B company that sells climatech solution to industrial clients across the world.

Location: Islamabad - Fully remote, wtih occasional meetings in ISB cowork office.
Type: Full-time
Compensation: 280,000 to 400,000 /month paid from USA (freelancer income)
