a month ago I was playing a game on my computer (sims 4, lots of content downloaded) and It randomly stopped working. It said something at first, I’m not sure what it said, but a few seconds later it switched to this screen. can’t save and exit, it just goes back to the screen. when I restart the entire thing? back to this screen. turn the pc off and on? back to this screen. nothings working. I may have to get it exchanged, but does anyone know what I could do? I really don’t want to have to wait any longer just for a new pc.
