Found this pill and can’t find any information on what it is. I tried google images and several pill identification sites with no luck. There is an antacid that has the same arrow mark but has other markers on the other side so it can’t be that. It has the same exact arrow mark on the other side and no other identifying markers or scores. It is also thicker than most pills. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
